ABOUT US

Speaking Up For Those Who Suffer in Silence

The harm caused by problem gambling is often hidden behind lies and masked from all those around the person.  Every employee in the workforce is a potential struggling addict.  The gambler may be hidden behind a closed office door, in a cubicle, out in the field, on the road, or working remotely, gambling instead of working productively.  The deception is often undiscovered for years.  When the addict is in the desperate phase of gambling, the problem becomes apparent to the employer.

Only when the employee is caught and admits there is a problem does the opportunity for recovery begin.  The compulsive gambler has to want help to begin the path of recovery.  A key component of our speaking engagements addresses prevention and recovery options. We spark frank discussion of the warning signs, the safeguards, and opportunities available to support prevention and recovery efforts.
