Vincent R. Bickler, M.S.
Founder, Problem Gambling Awareness & Recovery LLC
Beachwood, New Jersey

Vincent Bickler brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal dedication to the mission of raising awareness about problem gambling.

He holds a Master’s degree from Monmouth University and a Bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University, and has spent his career working in both education and prevention.

Currently, Vincent is the Founder of Problem Gambling Awareness & Recovery LLC, where he leads initiatives to educate communities, support recovery, and reduce the stigma around gambling-related harm. He is also a proud member of the National Council on Problem Gambling and an active participant in a self-help gambling recovery fellowship, ensuring his work is always rooted in both lived experience and professional knowledge. He has made hundreds of presentations at the state and national level encompassing the topics offered by our company.

In the past, Vincent served as a Prevention Specialist and Helpline Specialist with the State Problem Gambling Council, where he provided direct support to individuals and families in crisis. His earlier career as a high school English teacher and principal gave him a deep understanding of how gambling — like other risky behaviours — can impact young people, families, and communities.

With decades of combined experience in education, prevention, and recovery, Vincent’s mission is simple: to help people and organisations recognise the signs of problem gambling, take meaningful action, and create stable lives for problem gamblers.
